Lost 800+ Relatives at Roots Tech since yesterday?
Yesterday, I had 800+ relatives showing. Today, I logged in to contact one, and I'm down to 22. I also lost 2 of 4 famous relatives. Is anyone seeing similar issues, or have an idea of how this occurs within a day?

It is based on relationships within the Family Tree. Changes are always happening. You can check your tree view to see if something was changed that was done in error.

I'm not sure how to check 800 missing connections when I can no longer access them to see how we were connected. How would you pinpoint an erroneous change?

There seems to be a problem with the program today.
I had over 25K yesterday and this morning. This afternoon, it dropped to 8 and has now climbed back up to 18K, but the calculations are a mess.
For example, on the front page, someone will show as my 2C1R, but when I open to see the details, she is my 12C.
Or this - direct from Relatives at RootsTech, after clicking on a supposed known relative on the front page.

@MHuerta5, @Áine Ní Donnghaile Can you both check to see if this is still an issue? The engineers reported some issues with Relatives at RootsTech around the time you reported these. They said the issues should be resolved.
If you are still having these issues, please respond here and we will take some additional steps to figuring this out.

@AnneLoForteWillson Yes, I show 24 connections this morning. I think there were 827 on Monday. I also received an email yesterday stating, "You have 3 famous relatives." There were 4 at the beginning of the week. When I click the link in the email, it takes me to 2 famous relatives.

Mine resolved later yesterday and is still "normal" this morning. There was definitely a problem somewhere yesterday.
