question concerning tree

hello, i found this person from frielingen hesse on the family search tree:

Röschen LeviFemale1842–1907•GHVC-BTX

there are records showing she had at least four children between 1867 and 1886

if she might have had additional children, could there be a way of linking their birth records ?

is there a census for the late 1880's or 1890 for hesse that might allow one to see how many children were actually in their family ?
