Hi, This is the probate of Niels Nielsen 1822 in Nes on the left side. I cannot read the entire thing. But I am seeing Niels Nielsen in Gjestvang, Ragnild- Grue and they are in Nes. Can you translate the first five lines. If I am right this proves that the Ragnild Nielsdatter from Grue is the correct Ragnild in Ostre Kise. Thank you again.

    I have spoken with the Nordic staff at the FamilySearch Library. This probate is not the family you are looking for. This probate is for Niels Nielsen Vold in Grue. There is no Ragnild in the record but there is a deceased wife mentioned-Olia Syversdatter. Also mentioned is a daughter, Olia Nielsdatter. The wife of Niels Nielsen when he dies is Karen Tostensdatter. Karen Tostensdatter is not in the FamilySearch tree but, I am sure that this is the Niels Nielsen the probate is for: GHSF-QVW. Even though Karen Tostensdatter is not in the FamilySearch Tree, the marriage for Niels Nielsen and Karen Tostensdatter is here (entry 18): https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/9155/199 .
