    The couple was married - so it will be a legitimate child. There will be, however, a case with the Marital Court.

    It is not quite the same situation as described on 1.8.1) Hans Jakob Sidler (1812-1869): Ehegerichtsurteil vom 04.06.1812 … but likely there would be some sort of fine. Part of the judgment might(!) have been, that the couple had to marry.
