How can I edit relationships that are incorrect and there is no substitute
In the Swedish-indexed household examination records, relationships are often assumed. It was traditional to hire several boarders for a year or so. Those people usually have no stated connection with any other person on the page. I cannot remove non-existing relationship on the current page. Where can I get relationships edited another way?

I'm not seeing any relationships between these index entries. Everyone's marked "primary", and none of the people I checked had any relatives, just the list of "others on record". (Also, I don't know any Swedish, so I was unable to figure out who was who on the images.)
In my (admittedly limited) experience with the index editor, the basic idea seems to be that relationships are only ever editable starting from the primary person. (I vaguely recall giving up on fixing a bride's parents, since the indexed marriage had the groom as primary.) I don't know how that works when every name has been marked as primary.
Given your mention of boarders, I'm guessing that the reason for your query is that you're getting "unfinished attachments" notices because of the unrelated people? I know that it is possible for index entries to be grouped so that not every name associated with an image is listed with every other name on that image, but I don't know how to achieve that "after the fact", that is, using the index editor. Therefore, if this were a family I was working on, I'd simply dismiss the notices.

Good morning I see you received a pretty comprehensive answer from Julia Szent-Gyorgyl the answer actually needs a bit more information to make a decision on where to go or what to do with the individuals on your page. Although most of the people listed may not show a familial relationship they are still associated with the family due to where they were living at the time. If you can be more specific about what you want to do with these unassociated individuals we may be able to find a better answer on how to solve your current question. There is also a specific community called Nordic Country Research that may be of help in your area. Thanks

@Shauna Longstaff For the most part, the index for this collection lists everyone as "Primary" and does not always group families correctly. The logical answer, therefore is for you to create a family with labels of spouse, child, etc. By not grouping the others into the family, when you attach them to the tree via source linker they will not be included. But, here's the sticky part—I would advise you to wait because we are still experiencing intermittent data loss when using the dragging tool to move the primary person into a new family. Until this is resolved, it's best not to try to create a new family. Adding relationships works fine.
I hate to be the bearer of more bad news, but another issue with the Swedish Household Records collection on FamilySearch is that children (and others that appear to be children) show up in search results with the mother's surname. You will see that in this family if you click on the index details page for Anna Kasja. Thus, you will have to be careful attaching the children as the source linker will bring them over with the incorrect surname. You cannot edit them because the name is already correct in the edit index.
I am so sorry that something simple has to be so hard. I have talked with engineers about the importance of this collection for Swedish research and it is a high priority. It's just that there's a long queue of "high priorities".

I found the answer to my question. If I scroll down to the bottom of the page I can delete relationships that do not exist, so servants in the serving in the same household are not considered family.

@Shauna Longstaff What page are you on when you scroll to the bottom to delete relationships? Are you on the image viewer edit page, source linker or in the tree somewhere? The Delete button at the bottom of the edit page removes that person from the index, making them not retrievable in a search.

On the image edit page.
