I'm desperately trying to find scraps of Myself.I was raised in foster care and washington and Oregon 1970 to 1986
I was bounced around twenty seven different times because my mother bounced around from town And then you shouldn't get along behind her and usually temporary homes that didn't need to be licensed..
I have congestive heart surgery.I had some kind of neurological collapse while I was in the faster care in Oregon because I found one record that have scaring medical issues with no back story or run.Or reason any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated

You will be unlikely to find many, if any, records for yourself. For reasons of personal privacy, most vital records for those who were born within the last 100 years, more or less, are not online.
I'm of the age that my first online appearance is as an infant in the 1950 US Census. Other than that, my only online records are from newspaper clippings when I visited my grandmother, graduated, bought a house, or mentioned as a surviving daughter or granddaughter in a family obituary.I realize this doesn't help you find records, but perhaps it will be useful to understand why there are few, if any, mentions online.
Best of luck.

If you have not already done so, I would recommend that you start a free FamilySearch account for yourself Here. If you have already created an account, I would recommend reading through the information because it has "next steps" to take as you fill in your information, and then your parents.
Note: any information that you enter for a living person (including yourself) can only be seen by you. For any that are deceased, as you add them, there may be Research Helps that could include records and newspaper articles. Wherever your research takes, there are specific groups in the Community for states and countries to help you in the areas your ancestors lived. There are experienced helpers in those areas. Feel free to join those groups, and ask questions as you continue your research for more specific help. Best wishes in your research!2 -
