Incorrect tags on a photo I did not upload but person who did will not respond

A memory for Francis Calloway Nix KNZH-THD has at least 2 incorrect tags. The photo is at the following link:
https://www.familysearch.org/en/memories/memory/12014556?returnLabel=Francis%20Callaway%20Nix%20%28KNZH-THD%29&returnUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.familysearch.org%2Fen%2Ftree%2Fperson%2Fchangelog%2FKNZH-THD
The incorrect tags are for Enoch Nix LVS5-7VS and Della Nix LVS5-7V5. I wrote to the person who uploaded the image but that person must not log on anymore. I followed the steps on the website's help page, but the emails I receive say they cannot help. The most recent email told me to call which I did and the person who answered could not help. I am in an endless loop and I want the tags removed but have no way to do it. Can anyone help?

Though you can't get the original contributor to connect with you, I see that you DID add Comments to the Memory—that's an excellent work-around. (The comments were helpful/clarifying).
It is true, only the owner can "Delete" a tag; but any user can "Detach" an incorrect tag—as I see you have done. This is as much as you can do. Sorry, there are limitations to FamilySearch.
Sorry if this isn't as helpful an answer as you hoped! Thanks for the patience.

It's not the answer I want, but if it's the best that can be done, then I'll just accept it. It is frustrating that the Family Search website has instructions to report the image and then they can remove the tags. Unfortunately, their website is wrong. No one at Family Search has the ability to remove the tag. I hope that eventually they will address this shortcoming in a future upgrade.
