Baptism or confirmation?

Good evening-
Niels Pedersen (KZJ2-SFC) married Maren Christensdatter in June 1797 in Vorbasse, Slavs, Ribe, Denmark. (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G944-SXV6?i=10&lang=en)
Attached sources for their children are also found in Vorbasse, Slavs, Ribe, Denmark:
Peder (1798, https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G944-SX6P?i=94&lang=en, right page, appears to be a confirmation record)
Karen (1800, left page, https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L944-S6LQ?i=97&lang=en, appears to be a confirmation record)
Maren (1803, https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L944-S65S?i=100&lang=en, lower right page, confirmation record?. There is a baptism record for a Maren to these parents in 1802 on the same page.)
Was the date of the baptism ever noted as confirmed? I'm just trying to understand the terms in these records.
Thanks in advance,
KariM

The "confirmation" mentioned in these baptism records is not the same as the "confirmation" that would take place when the child became old enough to understand the church's doctrine (starting around age 14). The baptism confirmation took place at the church after a child had been baptized/christened (usually at home) by someone other than a minister. Here is an article about modern home/emergency baptism in the Lutheran church, but probably applies to older instances as well: https://www.lutheranchurch.dk/liturgy-and-worship/sacraments-and-rites/baptism. Note especially the paragraph entitled "Home or Emergency Baptism".
This article in the FamilySearch Wiki concerns emergency/home baptisms in Norway, but it would also apply to Denmark:
. Especially see the paragraphs under "Reformation".Peder's record says that he was baptised in the church on 4 p. Tr[initatis] (4 Sundays after Trinity = 1 July 1798). A note at the end of his entry says he was born 31 May (1798) and home baptised the same day.
Karen's record says "hjemmedøpt = home baptised" (on 4 March 1800) and this record, also, is a confirmation of that "home-baptism" (on 2nd Påskedag = 14 April 1800).
Maren's record is essentially the same: confirmation in the church of the baptism done at home. But there is a twist here. The first record is the record of the home-baptism. It states that she was born 27 November 1802 and then home baptised on 28 November by Dagnen? (I presume the name of the person who did the home christening). This record does not supply names of witnesses nor the name of the woman who held the child during the baptism.
Then on January 6 1803, the home-baptism was confirmed in Greene (Grene) church by Hr. Nissen (undoubtedly a church official). This record tells who held the child at the font and gives the names of the godparents/witnesses. I imagine that this record is in Vorbasse records simply to make sure everyone knew that the home-baptism had been confirmed in another church.
