It is possible. When you're logged into FamilySearch and on the Albert Barber page, click the 'View Relationship' link at the top of the page. Then based on the relationships in FamilySearch, it will show you your relationship to this person.
If this doesn't answer your question, can you be more specific about what specific piece of information we can help you figure out?

Thanks for your response, apologies, I posted the wrong question. My question should haave been about Sarah Tuckwell ,born in Suffolk 1851 to 1929, Florence Barber’s mother. I’m confused by entries and sources added by another person relating too her as Sarah Luckwell, so am wondering if two people have been confused or merged, I’m too inexperienced to know how to fully understand this, tried contacting the person who dd did modifications but not had any response yet. Perhaps I am misunderstanding the way the information is outlined. Regards Sandra.

@Sandra Tredgett The 'Tuckwell' vs 'Luckwell' I can write off to the transcription of the original document. Given names ages of siblings in the 1861 record line up okay so Luckwell doesn't seem to be a 'big' issue at least at first look
I think some children got attached to her that belonged to William Barber's first wife which is/was a bit confusing
