How can I entr my account? How can i refresh? it only says -" Something went wrong" - "Try to refresh"

How do I do that????

LillyBergheim Try logging out and logging back in or try shutting down your device and restarting. Sometimes that helps. If neither of those help, try contacting FamilySearch Support for help.
