Help feature not working
Trying to help a ward member but Help feature hasn't worked for at least a few days.

To try and help you more, can you please give specific details. I'm having trouble replicating your problem. I've been able to click on "Help" and get to the Help Articles that I need, so I'm not sure what you are experiencing.

If there account has been deleted, or disabled, you will not be able to help that account. You can only help if they have a current, active account.

It is the Help feature to assist a member with their tree requiring the last 5 digits of their membership number. I just get a message saying 'Sorry there was a problem using helper mode. Please try later' this has been for about a week. I also tried someone else's possibly more reliable details - same result. Any help appreciated.

Turns out I was given the wrong 5 digit helper code!
