US—City Directories, 1903–1935 [Part N] REMINDER Do not attempt to spell out abbreviated Given Names example Wm could be short for Willem or Wilhelm and Cath could be spelled Catherine; Catharine or Cathryn —- Project instructions and field helps are very clear and must be followed to achieve project accuracy. Please do not make assumptions and do not index the widow(ed) spouse name

Sorry if I seem blunt - in the past 2 hours I have made over 200 corrections while reviewing 3 batches!!!!!

Probably a stupid question but should 'jr' be added to the given names or not?

No stupid questions. Jr. is a suffix and if you are doing directories, there is no suffix field. So you do not index Jr.

3 persons living at the same address with 3 separate names. Do I index them in the succession they are listed? It seems to make 3 separate entries.

Yes, you will index them. Addresses are not used in directory projects.
