I’m working on this current batch. For given names that are abbreviated (ie. Wm) do we type it as it appears an not infer that it’s “William”? And so on with other abbreviated names?

From the Given Name field Help (purple question mark above the field):
Type the given names as they were written. Do not correct misspellings or expand abbreviations. The given names are usually written after the surname. Be sure to type the names in the correct fields in the data entry area. If you cannot determine if a name is a given name or a surname, type it in this field.
Include all aliases, nicknames, or variant names that were given for a person, separating them with the word Or.
Do not include titles, terms, or suffixes with the name. Index prefixes in the Prefix field.
If the given names were not recorded or were written as a variation of the word "unknown," press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank.

Businesses are not indexed.
When all of the fields have been reviewed, click this box at the bottom of the screen. Every entry must be checked in order to submit.0 -
You should review it as Williams, CC as principal, Opal as spouse. The rest means that is the business that he owned and is not indexed. Index spouse last name as Williams.
