The father is Nills Botelsson, but the mother's name is not given.
However, in this birth record, the family is living at #19 Fjelkestad _______. Fortunately, the family is still there in the first household examination records in 1797-1803. You can see that here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0059411_00023#?c=&m=&s=&cv=22&xywh=3040%2C189%2C3279%2C1697. You can see Trulls (b. 27 Aug 1784) listed. This household record lists the wife of Nils Bodelsson (b. 18 May 1739) as Elna Hansdotter (b. 9 June 1749). Since there is a 10 year difference in the ages of the husband and wife, I am thinking that this is (at least) a second marriage for Nils.
There is another child, Pälla (b. 28 January 1777). Looking at his birth record (here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0059431_00167#?c=&m=&s=&cv=166&xywh=1068%2C1882%2C2286%2C1445 ) his mother is named as Hanna Pällasdotter - definitely not the same mother as the wife of Nills Bodelsson in the 1797 household record.
Another child, Kiersti (b. 4 Nov 1770) is also mentioned. She has the same mother as Pälla above, Hanna Pällasdotter. Her birth record is here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0059431_00142#?c=&m=&s=&cv=141&xywh=831%2C1148%2C3027%2C1913.
Another child of Nills Bodellsson in the household record is Karna (b. 4 Nov 1772. Her birth is here (left page, first entry) : https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0059431_00151#?c=&m=&s=&cv=150&xywh=1076%2C-74%2C2731%2C1726. Her mother is Hanna Pällasdotter.
Looking through the birth records, I found another daughter, Hanna, who was born 4 July 1782. The birth record notes that she died. I am not sure if this information has answered your question. I have not seen the name Pernilla/Pernella in any of the records I have looked at. I would suggest looking through the death records to see if you can locate Hanna Pällasdotter's death. Then try to find when Nils Bodelsson married Elna Hansdotter. If she was from another parish, you will probably have to find her in that parish. (I looked for her in Fjälkestad in 1749 and did not find her birth record.)

Sorry to be so long getting to this. I had looked at it last week while I was at the FamilySearch Library, but kept getting interrupted and couldn't finish it.
Trulls Botelsson's birth record is here (right-hand page, 2nd entry): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0059431_00199#?c=&m=&s=&cv=198&xywh=2866%2C-165%2C3294%2C3223. Unfortunately the mother's name is not recorded in the birth record. The words just before his name in this birth record are "sin lilla son = his little son" and I am pretty sure that whoever wrote in "Pernilla" as his mother confused "sin lilla" with "Pernilla".
There are no Household Examination records for the time-period covering his birth year, BUT Trulls and his father are still living at the same place mentioned in the birth record-#19. I am inclined to believe that his mother is the Elna Hansdotter (b. 9 June 1749). Mostly because Trulls has a daughter named Elna (GKYT-CYF) listed in family search and it is often the case that one daughter would be named after the father's mother. There are also other children listed in the HE record: Kiersti (b. 4 Nov. 1770; Karna (b. 4 Nov. 1772); and Pälla (b. 28 Jan. 1777). The daughter Hanna (b. 28 Feb 1798) is the daughter of Kiersti. The Pälla listed here is also entered in the record below Hanna, but he is now married to Magnill Persdotter (b. 1779).

Searching through the birth records, I discovered another daughter, Hanna, who was born 4 July 1782. Her father is Nils Botelsson, but again, no mother's name is mentioned in this record (left hand page, 3rd entry) : https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0059431_00191#?c=&m=&s=&cv=190&xywh=906%2C1257%2C2427%2C1825.
I suspect that Hanna Pällasdotter died between Pälla's birth in 1777 and Hanna's birth in 1782. I could not find that death in the parish records in that time period. Death records exist for Fjälkestad for 1777-1779, but there is a gap from 1780 -1785.
I do not find a marriage for Nils Botelsson and Elna Hansdotter in Fjälkestad's parish records, so they were probably married in the parish where she was born (there is no Elna Hansdotter born 9 June 1749 in Fjälkestad).

Good news! I found the marriage of Nils Bodelsson to Elna Hansdotter! They were married 29 December 1781 in Kviinge (a parish bordering Fjälkestad). It lists hims as an "åbo = tenant farmer" and "änkl[ing] = widower" and she is a "piga = maiden". So, with this information, there isn't any doubt that she is the mother of Trulls and Hanna (see above). Unfortunately, I have not been able to find parents for Elna Hansdotter - I think the birthdate of 9 June 1749 must be incorrect. I have noticed that many of the birth dates listed in the HE records for Fjälkestad parish are incorrect. The record reads " Sunday 23 past Trinitatis 18 Nov the banns were read for the first time for widower and tenant farmer Nils Bodelson in from Fielkastad (Fjälkestad) along with maiden Elna Hansdtter from Qviinge (Kviinge). Married the 29th Dec(ember).

I responded to the first thread, but also want to post the answer here. Regarding Nils Bodelsson who married Pernilla Pehrsdotter and Nils Bodelsson who was the father of Truls Nilsson, see the following response:
So the short answer here is that Nils Bodelsson and Pernilla Pehrsdotter, who were the parents of Anna, are not the same people who were the parents of Truls Nilsson. A different Nils Bodelsson and a woman named Elna Hansdotter were the parents of Truls. This also means that the woman Pernilla, who is currently in the tree as the mother of Truls, does not exist.
Here are a couple useful pieces of information:
- Nils Bodelsson and Pernilla Pehrsdotter were the parents of two children, Anna, and also Pehr
- Here is Nils Bodelsson and Elna Hansdotter with Truls and some other children
- Nils cannot be the same person in both families because he is still living in Fjälkinge with his wife Pernilla Pehrsdotter when Truls was born in Fjälkestad, which is a different parish.
