Translation request: Swedish birth record for illegitimate twins

I'm looking for some help in translating and understanding the information in the parent column for a birth record. Here is a link to the page on Riksarkivet: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0051351_00010

It's the first entry on 28 June 1807, twins Stina and Sara. A translation and an explanation would be very helpful for me.

    I should have added this is in Ledsjö parish in Skaraborg (Västra Göteland).

    tenskapsbrott Skild
    fr    ån sin man.

    Translation:

    The mother wife of soldier Liljeblad at Backa. Divorced from her husband because of adultery.
