I blew it - tagged a census to the wrong residence date and ended up with a well-deserved error message. But I couldn't find a way to untag the wrong census (which was also tagged to its correct residence date) and ended up having to delete the residence date and re-enter it.

It is a bit convoluted. There are three ways to delete a tag:

Method One: Click on the data to open the Data View pop up:

Click on Tag Sources to open that screen:

Click on Select Source then scroll down to find the source that is tagged:

And un-check the box. Then click Save.

    Method 2:

After going to the second image above, scroll down the list until you see the checked source:

Click on the source that is tagged to get:

Click on Remove Tag to Residence

    Method 3:

Find the tagged source in the list of sources:

Click on the button labeled Residence to open this:

I tried digging around in the Help Center but could not find any article about how to do this.

I did manage to get the tag deleted, and on subsequent visits there was a "remove tag" option that I hadn't found earlier.
