What do you do when it's a baptism record, but the only record type options given for the project are marriage and death?

You check the project instructions, particularly the "What to index" section. Chances are, you'll find that baptisms should be marked "no, no extractable data".

Thank you! That is what the instructions say, but it's just so hard to mark it with no extractable data when there is data there that could be useful! I wish there was some way to send a batch back with a note saying "this needs to be re-evaluated" or something to that effect.

It's quite possible that they're doing just the marriages and deaths now because the baptisms have already been indexed. That's certainly the case in the area of the world where I do most of my research (greater Hungary): the baptisms have been indexed for well over a decade, while indexes of marriages and burials started showing up a couple of years ago.

That could well be! I sure hope so! Thank you for your help!
