I'm sorry, I'm not very good at reading this. I can read maybe one in three words… But I can see a few things; This is Kittil (also often written Ketil) Tokildsen, a criminal most famous for escaping along with the serial escapee Ole Høiland. Indeed, his escape along with Gustav Steen and Ole Høiland is mentioned in this record. He also did something in cooperation with Svend Larsen and Andreas Dahlberg.

The index seems to be incorrect for this one. He wasn't born on 11 Jun 1823. His first sentence occurred on 11 June 1823 by the Kongsberg city bailiff (Kongsberg byfoged). He stole clothes. He was sentenced to nine months at the penitentiary and released in March 1824.
In Jun 1824, he stood accused of some kind of robbery, but was cleared in October 1824.
He was sentenced to lifetime labor in Akershus Festning in 1827. He escaped in Jun 1831 and was caught again in July 1831. The king took some kind of action on 17 May 1850 and he was released in 1850. However, he got in trouble again and was sentenced to 7 years hard labor in 1852. He was released in 1859 and there doesn't appear to be any real information on him after that in the record.

This paper in 1827 corresponds with his record and suggests that he was born about 1801 in Kongsberg.
