Would someone please take the time to read and translate this birth record.

Maren Kirstine Christensen, #50 second entry, from Saltum area.

Is Nolls part of her fathers name or added to separate him from the other men of the same name, or identifies where they are living at the time.

Oh and is there any mention of a twin, I do not see any indication of such.

Column 2 (date of birth): the 19th November 1816

Column 3 (child's name): Maren Kjerstine Chrestensdatter

Column 4 (parents' names): Chresten Chrestensen Nolls and wife Johanne Chrestensdatter in N. Saltum - Bondestand

Column 5 (date of baptism / in the church or at home): Home baptized the 21 Nov e: a: (?)

Column 6 (godparents' / sponsors' names, residence and occupation): church singer Thorlund's wife; maid Else Marie Chrestensdatter in Østrup; Chresten Møller of the same place; Chresten Jensen of the same place; Niels Hansen of the same place : Saltum

Column 7 (where entry can be found in the Jevnførelses Register): Page 229 No. 265

Column 8 (remarks): a twin child; Sunday Sexagesima

As to your other questions:

Column 4: Nolls (Nols Sø) is listed as a place in Saltum but I don't think it is a farm. It could be an identifier for him to separate him from all the other Chresten Chrestensens (Christen Christensen) in the parish - the 1801 census lists 16 Christen Christensens in Saltum!. I thought that "Bondestand" was their residence, but I am unable to find a place by that name in the parish (or anywhere in Denmark). But in Den Dansk Ordbog (The Danish Dictionary), "bondestand" is defined as "Peasantry - the part of the population that lives in the countryside and makes a living from agriculture, e.g. farmers and farm workers and their families". So I think the priest was simply noting that the family were peasants.

Column 7: The live twin and stillborn twin are listed here in the Jevnførelses Register (entries 265 and 267): https://arkivalieronline.rigsarkivet.dk/da/billedviser?bsid=411633#411633,75953587.

Column 8: The twin is listed in the "Dead Men" part of the parish records. It says a stillborn boy was born on 19 November and that he was a twin. That record is here (entry 27): https://arkivalieronline.rigsarkivet.dk/da/billedviser?bsid=411631#411631,75953564.

Column 8: Sunday Sexagesima is probably the date the mother was "introduced" back into the church. See this article in the FamilySearch Wiki: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Nordic_Mother%27s_Introduction_Records . Since Else Marie was born in November 1816, the next Sunday Sexagesima would have been on 9 February 1817.
