I am helping activity boys get excited about family history by showing where they are from. Many do not have a family search account because they are too young. The are providing me with their four generation group sheet. Is there a way to use the "Where Am I From?" tools for someone that doesn't have an account using a deceased ancestor found in family search?

I don't know the answer to your question about the "Where Am I From?" tools, but note that 8-11 year-old boys are not too young to have a FamilySearch account. They need to have parents involved in the creation and approval of their account, but it can be done. See How do I create a free account for a child?

I also don't know the answer to the "Where am I From?" tools. But you might want to join the Engaging Youth in Family History group and explore the ideas left there by other users. In particular, the Group Resource List has some great ideas for helping youth get excited by family history.

I did find a great resource in the BYU Family History Tech Lab. Specifically, the Pedigree Pie gives me the countries of origin using the personal ID number:
