When I try to open a batch to index I keep getting a message box that says the batch is unable to open. . . I have tried in City Directory and in naturalization projects. What's wrong? I have been indexing since the beginning and I had indexed over 3,000 names this month and then all of a sudden I get these messages. I am very frustrated!

@leslie jean moore, that does sound frustrating! I also can't open the City Directories. It looks like all batches are completed or checked out. Probably a bunch got taken before the system could update.

Can you open the Ohio 1912-1922 Naturalization records? I just got that one to work for me.

@leslie jean moore Have you tried accessing indexing using a different browser? If that works, then clear your FamilySearch cookies in your preferred browser.
