That sounds like an administrator, not sure why you are interpreting it as a hacker? I would suggest you 'phone FamilySearch Support, as this almost certainly isn't an appropriate topic for a public forum such as FS Community.

Your account has likely been locked (not hacked) for multiple attempts to log in during a short period of time.
