Pay careful attention to the ID numbers, please. How should I go about fixing it?

Yes, I've seen it before - often.

The record index has been cross-threaded - the index for the mother has been attached to the father with the index for the father attached to the mother. It's an easy fix. Simply click the 2 "Detach" options and then re-attach to the correct parties.
