Family Tree Brick Wall - Southern Italy

I have hit a brick wall with my paternal line. I can't go beyond tree member GWRF-TKX - Giovanni Fratto. Based on my review of the marriage record for his son, he was born in San Giovanni, Albi, Catanzaro Italy. I guessed the birth year to be around 1835. I closest I can get to that year is 1824 on the Ancestors Portal. I have reviewed birth records for years 1820 - 1824 for Albi, but could not find a birth record for Giovanni for those years.

Would greatly appreciate any suggestions for how I might be able to break through this brick wall.

Thanks

Robert Fratto

Good morning @RobertFratto I suggest you post your query in the Italy Research Group where several members are very experienced in Italian documents.

Best of luck with the search.
