I have a naturalization project that is a list of names, and corresponding file numbers, with no other information except the date of entry. I can do the top name, of each page then it batches. This is the second batch I've been given like this and I don't know how to do the other names.

Most projects today come with a pre-set number of entries, but it sounds like you're working on Illinois Part B that has only one entry per image. To add entries, click on this icon on the toolbar.

When this pop-up box appears, select the number of entries that you want to add; 1-99 entries.

Keep the default selection of After the last entry and click Add. You will then have the number of entries that coincide with the number of names on the document.
