The Ghana 2010 Census is better but still not working properly.

I can now select a birthplace from the drop down menu if a digital code is identified. But if you need to type in a birthplace the system randomly changes to a digital code name. For example if I enter Mankranso for the birthplace of a child, when I hit enter it changes to 05-Eastern. It's incredibley frustrating.

This could possibly be one of those projects that only what is on the drop-down list is accepted or, perhaps, the folks that built the project didn't click the button. 😄 (I kid. I could've been an oversight).

I'll alert @Ashlee C. to see what she can do.

This is a problem Ghana Part D, one part was fixed but this 2nd part came up and needs the same adjustments.
