I have been helping my sister with her FamilySearch gallery but now can't find the "Help Others" link to enter her username and code. Can someone point me in the wrong direction?

Yes, the Helper Number is still working. You can still access “Help Others” by clicking Family Tree on the home page and then clicking either: "Overview", "Tree", "Person" or "Recent". It then appears under your name in the upper right corner.

Your instructions did not work. The link provided above doesn't work either. It used to work but no longer. It appears this has occurred because I am not a member of your church. If true, this is very sad for my sister.

@combblai, to the best of my knowledge, non-LDS (like me) have never been able to be on the "helper" end of that tool. We can only be the "helpee" (the person being helped).
