Have you tried marking the Image No, No Extractable Data?

At the top of the page there is a rubbish bin/ trash can, click it and select delete blank entries.

Hello, Allison! When you first open the batch, you are asked if the images should be indexed, if there is a totally blank image select, "No, no extractable data". If you have the batch open, go to the image that is blank, then click on the box on the left side of your screen, directly under the toolbar that reads, "Step 2: Entries". That will open a drop box where you can select, "Step 1: Images". Then you can mark the blank image as, "No, no extractable data". That will delete all of the record entries for that image and allow you to submit your batch.

I hope this helps. Have a nice weekend!
