How can my daughter access our complete family tree?

She has an account and can log in. Her name is in the database but when she tries to see her tree the program only shows her back to her grandparents and not the entire tree that we have

Are her grandparents living? If so she will have her own profiles for them and she'll need to put explicit relationships in place to her great-grandparents, assuming they are deceased, in order to join her version on to the main Family Tree. (You mention 'we' so you probably have a similar setup in place for your existing accounts in relation to living people.)

Alternatively you could look at setting up one of the experimental Family Group Trees (see Labs).
