I am at the Protestant Archive in Vienna and the archivist is very interested to know the time frame for when there records were digitized- not originally filmed as we can already see that information at the beginning of the films.

The major push to digitize all remaining microfilm began in 2015: https://www.familysearch.org/en/blog/news-flash-digitized-microfilm-from-the-drawer-to-your-computer

In 2017, the option to order microfilm was ended: https://www.familysearch.org/en/blog/microfilm-distribution-to-be-discontinued-on-august-31-2017

The digitization project was declared complete in September 2021: https://www.familysearch.org/en/blog/familysearch-microfilm-collection-digitized

There were, of course, many digitized films before 2015, but that 6 year period covers a large percentage of the digitization.
