How do I locate a case file number

How do I locate a case file number for a 1793 Woodford County March Court inventory and appraisement

    @LMankowski It seems the only existing index for the case files can be accessed at the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives. Since they are in somewhat of a chronological order on the microfilm on FamilySearch, you could browse through the thumbnails clicking on the first or second page after each case number to see the names.

    Kentucky. I have the persons names and the date the properties were appraised, but it appears the cases are listed by case #, which I do not have.
