What is the best way to add unnamed, premature twins to Family Search? I have used "Baby Girl . . ." , but wonder if there is a better way to designate them as individuals. I am also trying to correct their listing in the hopes of seeing their gravesite listed in the "Search/Cemeteries" section.

Not an official way, but you might consider the following.
Enter each child with no given name
Enter the surname of the father as the child’s surname
Enter their sex if known & possibly enter Mr or Miss in the title field
Enter their dob & dod if they lived
Mark them as stillborn if that is the case under Other Informantion, Add Event, Stillborn
On the left under Notes, add a note explaining the situation and that they were twins and to not merge them. Check mark the box, Alert Note
