What should I do with Parts B and Part D with the City Directories that have 1st, 2nd, and or 3rd columns blurred and or faded to the point that the names cannot be read or seen, or able to be indexed and or reviewed? If I can't read those columns, should I index or reviews only those entries that can be seen and leave the rest open. I have sent back too many batches. What happens to those batches that will be incomplete.

What is the procedure for unreadable names in the City Directories? I have sent they back thru the system, unable to read or transcribe the faded columns,.

Please advice

You will index/review the names that you can see.

Those batches that are "incomplete", faded, etc will be indexed/reviewed by someone else in the system then I think they will go back to see if a better photo can be captured- if not, then that particular page will be considered as "complete" as possible. Nothing you have done will be lost or ignored by FS and researchers in the future. Thanks for persevering with these difficult and cumbersome records 😎
