How can familysearch make KA's more searchable?

In many knowledge arenas, key words are always included in manuscripts, for example

Could we add a key word field to all KA's? Start with categories used to tag zendesk tickets, add other key words pertinent to specific articles and keep a master list.

This would make it possible to more easily find KA's to help ourselves and others. I would be happy to help with this activity if it seems reasonable.

I also suggested this as a new idea.

I use Google search for finding FamilySearch help articles and for the FS Wiki. Google does a better job than trying to search from within FS.

@maryelizabethhammond1 I agree, better search would be great for KAs. I often use google search. It does a great job of finding KAs. You might try that.
