How can I find my grandfather birth location in Orense area?

My grandfatrher (Manoel Goncalves) was born in Orense in 07/03/1897, but he travelled to Brazil with his parentes Francisco Goncalves and Luiza Martinez Goncalves before 1904. I dont know exactly when they travelled to BRazil because I didnt have enough information about it.

I called to Orense registry centre, but they didnt find something about it. They said I need to try in 93 districts of Orense to know exactly where he was born.

How can I start this search?😊
