constant errors

When I refresh or return to a page it errors out. Sometimes it says "This is embarrassing…" Usually it is "Missing Contact name." When I do what it asks nothing changes. I have seen others have this problem at our local Family Search Center.

I added a VPN. I then was asked if I was a robot always. I was on Brave web browser, but I have changed to Chrome and it isn't any better. I turn off the VPN, but it still does the same thing. It is getting annoying.

@MerrittLoriann1 We have tried to recreate this but aren't seeing the same results. Can you give us more specific information? Are you working on your home computer or at the FamilySearch Center? Can you give us the URL of the specific page where it's happening? Any other information you can give us to better recreate this.

We are sorry this is happening to you. We will do our best to get you help.

I've noticed this happen more during probable busy times on FamilySearch — like during/after RootsTech, a great Family History talk at General Conference or on family gathering holidays. Hasn't happened much lately for me, but today being American Mother's Day I suspect there's some family story sharing going on which involves FamilySearch.
