Locating an address in Salt Lake City

My grandmother was a 2nd generation immigrant from Japan, who was born and raised in Salt Lake City. Recently, I have been researching about her early life, and was capable of finding the address of where she used to live.

I found the archive of "R. L. Polk & Co.'s Salt Lake City Directory 1932: including, Murray, Midvale, Sandy, Magna, Garfield and all the suburbs," where I was able to find my great grandfather's name. However, I have no clue of the where the address would be today, and was hoping if someone could help me identify where my grandmother used to live.

Below is what was written on the directory:
2820 S 2d West

The S is an abbreviation for South.

I have heard that she had lived in Murray, but not exactly sure.

I was hoping to visit Salt Lake City in the near future, to actually experience my grandmother's home and it would be extremely appreciated if anyone could help figure out where she lived.

That address is in the city of South Salt Lake. We would now write it as 2820 South 200 West (or 2820 S 200 W). The street 200 W (familiarly referred to as Second West, or "2d West" in that directory) doesn't exist in that part of town anymore; the TRAX light rail line occupies the north-south corridor at that point. There's an apartment building at 2816 S Wilbur Ln immediately to the east of that spot, and a Backbeats Drum business immediately to the west at 204 W 2855 S.

Since 2820 is an even numbered address, the home would have been on the west side of the 200 W street, which would have placed it where the north end of that Backbeats store is. BTW, I've purchased equipment for my percussionist son at Backbeats.

I've read Salt Lake City had a unique street system, and the that really confused me. Didn't expect the view of town to look the same, but would definitely love to explore the area.
