Getting access to restricted materials

Please, forgive me if that is an inappropriate request in this group.
I was looking for materials on FS for a specific location, and all the results I received are marked with a camera and a key. However, I can get access to the majority of the results, but not to all. The link is below, and I am interested in the first three points: 1) Deaths 1767-1785, 2) Birth index 1765-1941..., 3) Births 1786, 1819 (Duba)...
The message I get when I click the camera image is that the images are available in FS centres or FS affiliated libraries. I did find an FS centre in my city in Ukraine, however, I had no success contacting them, which is understandable. It seems the centre is not active now. Can someone please give me any advice on how I can possibly get access to these materials online?
I would be most grateful for any help.

If you can share some specifics about what records you need (names, dates), I'll be happy to help. I visit my FSC most weeks.

I am sorry that you were unable to contact your local FamilySearch Center. If you can provide the name of the city in Ukraine, I can contact the local Leaders and find out when it is open and who to contact.
