How do I change the incorrect marriage date in the attached screen shot?

I have tried entering an event but no change occurs.

Your screenshot wasn't big enough. See mine. Right below the couple you see the Marriage section with a pencil next to it. Click the pencil to open up an edit box, and continue to click where needed to edit the information. Then add a source or note (or both).

@DavidWallace40 Your screenshot is from a tree view. You need to be on the Details page to see pencil (edit) icons to add or change information.

Thanks for your response. The screenshot I posted is the entire box. I cannot get the pencil to show as in yours?

@DavidWallace40 As I said above, on the Details page rather than a Tree view.

@DavidWallace40, the fastest way to get from your view to Gail's and Áine's view is to right-click a name and choose "open in a new tab" (or your browser-and-OS's version of same). Or, you can click a name to open the sidebar, and click the "Person" button on that.
