how can I find my ancestors

I have my parents but they all don't know about my ancestors, so how can I get to know about it.

    Research research there are many ways you can find stories about your family and 1 is through research.

    I would start by reading the census all the way through sometimes you can find out where they lived, if they owned a radio, or even what they did for a living. Sometimes even how much they worked in a year. Look at all the records that you can find with then in then.

    One of my favorite ways also is through news papers. Some of the old news papers tell everything about the town. Who visited who, who was in the hospital, the latest gossip. They can be a wealth of knowledge.

    I have the same problem with my husbands Side of the family. We do not have help in piecing the family together it is hard but we have learned a lot.
