In our family we have lots of twins. It would be very cool if there was a report that we could see the twins / multiple births through out the generations. We are thinking that the majority of twins and multiple sets of twins in one generation is coming from my Mothers side of the family but I can't find a quick way to verify that. Just wondering if there is a way to identify multiple births over each past generation.

Offline genealogy software may have complex report options like this. There are several that can be synchronized with FamilySearch's Family Tree, and they all have free versions, although those may be less capable in the reports department. (Legacy, RootsMagic, and Ancestral Quest are the ones I remember, but you can check the Solutions Gallery: https://grms.my.site.com/solutionsgallery/s/.)
