Who should be designated as Principals in the Indexed Data for Census pages? In most cases, I think only the Head person is a Principal. However, I have encountered many pages where every single person (or way too many people) are listed as a Principal. Who should it be - only the Heads, or everybody, or something else?

I believe the Head should be the only principal in a census household.

I mark the head of household as the principal individual.
