Years ago, my daughter opened a FamilySearch account. Now when she wants to access it, she doesn't remember the password. When she puts in her email or mobile number, it says there is no record for her anywhere. If she tries to open a new account with her MRN, it says there is already an account for her. How can she retrieve her Family Search Account?
