App problems on IOS

Some troublesome items:

1) app spinning when I go to Family Groups - forever. I have excellent Internet speed. What are your programmers doing to the app, which used to work very well?

2) when I go to give Feedback and whether or not I give permission to look at my account, I’m presented with a blank e-mail form, and the only place I can type anything is the Subject line, and I can only back up to a misspelling rather than tap on the misspelled word. Without an addressee, I can’t send the e-mail. What’s wrong with the app? I’m on iPad iOS 15.7.1 on a 7th-generation iPad.

3) I’m try to get some names for the temple, which I usually get from one of the Family Group, so this is distressing.

The app is version 4.7.8.1

the spinning icons that never resolve, the flawed Feedback interface do not give me a lot of hope in your app.

Will I have to abandon the use of the app and strictly use the Web-based interface?
