I cannot connect to indexing link and get an error message in red that says something about cannot load indexing batch with the following at the bottom of the message.

p0 | batch:p4273431

This has been going on for quite a while. I can still do name and place corrections.

Is this common or should I call it in?

Thanks

It sounds like a hiccup on FS' end, but what you can do is clear your cache. In Chrome, go to the three dots on the right of the browser, then go to Settings. Search "cache", then click on the result. A dialog box will come up. Select "Cached images and files," then click "Clear Data." This may take a few seconds, so just hang. After it is done, restart Chrome.

There is also an option to clear your cookies. I don't recommend that because clearing the cookies will sign you out of everything (FS, Facebook, email, etc).

I only know how to clear cache and cookies in Chrome, since its been my browser for 10+ years.

I use safari on a Mac. Thank you for the info though. I would not have thought it would cause an issue. I will look into it.
