At the top of the page, there should be a button that says "Search". Click it, then select "Family Tree" from the drop-down menu that appears. This should bring you to a page that lets you search for people in the tree. By default, it has you search by name, but if you click "Find by ID" at the top of the search box, you will then be able to put in the ID number and find the person that way.
