Hello

Can I import my family tree from MyHeritage to FamilySearch or do I have to start over here?

Thank you in advance

    Neither, really.

The Family Tree on FamilySearch is a single, shared tree, and a good portion of your family probably already have profiles here. Given that the goal is one and only one profile per deceased person, you can see why mass imports are one of the least-favorite topics for experienced users of FS's tree. They're technically unfortunately possible, but it is my considered opinion that they are always a bad idea. The tools for it are just too badly flawed, and there's really no good reason to do it as a mass data load anyway: it's much more effective to work on the shared tree one person at a time.
