Flag, Quote, Insightful, I Agree, Like, Awesome
The problem with this is it does not allow for people to indicate if the idea is unsuitable.
Many ideas that are put forward may look good on paper but in practise generaly find that this is not the case.
Therefore as with "LIKE " the should allow for DISLIKE.

I'm not sure how useful this would actually be. If one up-votes an idea this might give the developers a feeling for how popular that specific idea is, if the count actually is passed on to them. It can help prevent a long list of posts that say nothing more than "I agree."
If one could down-vote an idea, that really doesn't give any useful information. If I were a developer, I would really want a detailed discussion regarding which of a hundred reasons not to do something the user is concerned about.
Regarding the markers mentioned in the title here, "Flag, Quote, Insightful, I Agree, Like, Awesome," I've always assumed that other than "Flag," they were all strictly social interaction markers here in Community to pat users on the back for good posts but have nothing to do the the FamilySearch site itself and wouldn't be passed onto the developers. But even with them, if you agree with a post, there is really nothing more to say. If you disagree, then you should explain why.
