On the Oregon Marriage document it shows a place of residence for the male but not a

marriage location. Is the marriage location marked blank or do you put the Oregon County

information in the marriage location assuming the marriage took place in the residence county?

You don't put the residence as the marriage location. They may or may not have married in Oregon county, but it's not our job to assume anything. If somewhere on the document (usually at the top) it states "Oregon County" as the marriage location, then you will index the marriage location as "Oregon". We do not index the word "county".
