Feedback button fails in Chromium

In Chromium ( not Google Chrome) I have had problems with the Feedback button on the left side of the page. I am not sure if it is only in Chromium that it does not work, but that may be the problem. When I clicked on the Feedback button, the following popped up:

I just installed Chromium (on Windows 10, 64-bit), logged into FamilySearch, and the Feedback button functioned as expected.

I'm not LDS so I can't verify how it works on a Church account.

Do you have any pop-up blockers active?

I did not think of checking the chrome extensions. The feedback button works fine except for when I have uBlock Origin on. Apparently it is causing the problem.
